Learning Guide Processes
Processes to engage teachers with learning guides in setting and establishing individual and team goals.
- Admin engages staff in developing learning guide goals/strategies/evidence/timelines in the Fall for both individuals and teams followed by 1:1 and team conversations; leading to late Spring reflections 1:1 and with teams (or more frequently throughout the year) to review evidence of the established goals in the learning guides
- Admin facilitates alignment of individual and team goals with school/division direction
- Admin engages individuals and teams in structured settings to have on-going peer-sharing of Learning Guide progress through the year i.e. use of staff meeting time
- Through the school year, admin purposefully models for staff the Learning Guide reflective process
